Problem and Objective

The client faced the challenge of processing large volumes of audio and video data. Within the constraints of limited time and resources, it was necessary to convert these materials into a documentary format while adhering to procedural norms.
Automate transcriptionand analysis processes, reduce work load on staff, and accelerate data processing while ensuring compliance with local and European data protection standards.
To address the task, the ULA system was implemented with the following advanced functionalities:
Transcription of audiomaterials
with diarization for accurate identification of speakers
Creation of dossiers
combining audio and video data for comprehensive analysis.
Additionally, a multi-level access management system was integrated to ensure data protection and compliance with procedural norms and data protection standards.

Modules for transcription and video analys is we redeployed to handle large volumes of material.
Unique LLMs were developed to improve recognition accuracy for Ukrainian and Russian.
The system was adapted to meet procedural requirements for pre-trial investigations and ensure compliance with local and European data protection standards.
